Q: How many people from your team will be there on our wedding day?

We will always have a team of two (2) on-site to support you! That allows for us to be there for both you all and your vendor team simultaneously to ensure the entire day runs smoothly.

Q: If we don't have a venue or date, is it too soon to book your services?

Not at all! For our Full Planning couples, we help take the lead in finding your venue and securing your date. It's the perfect time to recruit our help, when our team can be there to support you from the very beginning to the very end.

Q: How many weddings does your team take on per year?

We average about 15-20 weddings per year divided amongst our team. Depending on what packages our couples are booking with us, we allocate our time and schedules accordingly so that everyone gets the proper attention they deserve.

Q: Are you able to help with our surrounding weekend events like our rehearsal dinner?

We'd love to! Oftentimes those plans are very loose in the works in the beginning. As your plans start to unfold, we are more than happy to help plan your other events. Our pricing for each is a la carte based on location, guest count, and your specific planning needs.

Q: We're considering a destination wedding! Do you travel?

Girl, YAS! Can plan, will travel. We'd be thrilled to take this love fest beyond the East Coast and/or abroad. 

Q: Are you comfortable working at private residences and non-traditional venues?

We actually prefer it. Our team has a background in tented weddings and thrive in environments where we have to create our game plans entirely from scratch. No matter your location, we'll insert our expertise into every ounce of your day to give you the same one of a kind experience. 

Q: We're getting married outside, can you help create our inclement weather plans?

Absolutely. We're not shy when it comes to discussing your options transparently. It's our job to set you up for success, in all weather scenarios! Our team will create a Plan A and a Plan B so that you and your entire vendor team are prepared, no matter what.

Q: Can you help us create and stick to our targeted budget?

Sure can! Budgets are a hot topic when it comes to planning. With our Full Planning couples, we like to start by having a conversation with you about your overall preferences and priorities. From there, we'll create a detailed breakdown outlining our best projections for where you'll land dollar wise based on your wish list. That helps us clearly set expectations for the rest of our time together.

Q: What's the best way for us to communicate with you during our planning process?

As a part of our onboarding process, all of our clients receive a link to our calendar for you to schedule calls with us at your convenience. We do our best to also respond to all emails within 48 hours of receipt during our operating business hours (Monday-Thursday). Please be patient with us during our peak season months while we're on-site bringing our couples visions to life! 

Q: We're ready to start planning with you and your team! What are our next steps?

We are so incredibly honored to be a part of the planning process with all of our clients. In order to lock in any of our planning packages, a 50% deposit and a signed contract seals the deal.
