Last week I shared Look No. 1 to this styled shoot and today I’m diving deep into Look No. 2!
Terracota Tones are what I’m calling this one. It’s a color not often used in weddings and events, but one that I’ve noticed myself gravitating more towards recently.
Once upon a time I was asked by my dear friend, Kir Tuben: What’s your style? (She meant with weddings…I think!) To be honest I wasn’t sure I knew the answer to it at the time, but it was a question that got me thinking.
What was my style? What’s my look and what kind of weddings am I interested in planning? My answer a year ago, more or less, was “I like everything!”
Silly, Angelica…
What old Angelica meant to say was…I appreciate all styles but really love taking pieces my couples love and finding ways to make them shine. Finding the balance between their preferences as a couple, the aesthetic of their venue, and adding in my Angelica flare is what gets my creative juices going!
And for this styled shoot, I did just that!
Kory from Springvale Floral Design and I found a mutual love for an “unpopular” wedding color and decided to make all things Terracotta our theme!
Rachel E.H. Photography captured our dreams perfectly and I am so thankful for her fine eye and talents!
Savor the scrolls and enjoy!
Yep— that is Yours Truly stepping in to help my model bride with her shoes! Her heels were hurting her feet so I gave her my own for comfort!
