As anticipation grew and the wedding day unfolded, the air buzzed with excitement and joy. Elyce and Chris were surrounded by their nearest and dearest as they prepared for the momentous occasion ahead. Laughter filled the room as friends shared memories and family members offered words of encouragement. However, amidst the flurry of activity, there was a palpable sense of tender anticipation as the couple prepared for their first look. When the moment finally arrived, it was a scene of pure emotion—tears flowed freely as Elyce and Chris locked eyes for the first time that day. The wintry landscape provided a picturesque backdrop for the ceremony, with the couple’s love radiating warmth against the snowy setting. As wedding planners, we carefully curated the ceremony space to capture the essence of their journey, ensuring every detail reflected the intimacy of their love.
Following the heartfelt ceremony, guests were treated to a cozy and elegant cocktail hour. The winery’s rustic charm combined with evergreen florals by Lal Moya Floral set the stage for an inviting atmosphere. It was a time for laughter, mingling, and toasting to the newlyweds in a setting that felt like a winter fairytale.
The reception tables were a masterpiece of winter-inspired elegance. Our team designed three unique and complimentary table looks, each with hints of evergreen, black and gold to create a balanced look and enhance the natural wooden features of Stone Tower’s ballroom. Colored and patterned linens draped the tables, adorned with beautiful blooms and glistening candlelight. Lal Moya‘s team added cascading greenery to wooden beams above the dance floor, bringing an intimate ambiance to our tablescape details and elevating the celebration to a truly magical experience.
Upon entering the venue, guests were greeted by a sight that epitomized the festive spirit of the season—a towering Christmas tree adorned not with traditional ornaments, but with a unique twist. Hanging delicately from the branches were personalized ornaments, each bearing the name of a cherished guest. This innovative escort display, carefully crafted by the talented calligrapher Patricia with Oh Eleven Studio, added a personal and heartwarming touch to the wedding experience.
The night wouldn’t be complete without a dance floor filled with joyous celebration. The newlyweds took their first dance to their favorite song, Speechless by Dan + Shay, creating a dreamy scene. Black Tie Entertainment curated a playlist that seamlessly blended romantic tunes with lively beats, ensuring the dance floor was alive with laughter and love. The reception celebration was a perfect finale, filled with the warmth of winter and the glow of newfound marital bliss.
