It all starts with a conversation! We'll schedule a time to meet either in person or over the phone for me to hear and understand your overall wedding vision. This is the time to lay all of your dreams and desires out on the table!
Don't worry, I'll ask you a series of questions along the way to help guide the conversation. Your only responsibility is to grab a glass and relax! I promise to make it as painless as possible.
Once your initial goals are set and we have a clear idea of the vibe and feel of your wedding, it’s time to start considering who the players of your vendor team are. This will include your venue, catering, photography, entertainment, florist, rentals, printed materials, and more.
Each of them will have a particular role in your wedding weekend as a whole. Understanding how they’ll all work together is half the magic in achieving your desired dream!
After hearing a summary of your wedding day as a whole, it’s time to turn our attention to the design and details that will reflect your style and set the tone of your event. Within 6-8 weeks after our discussions phone call, I’ll deliver to you a Design & Decor Board which will visually and verbally place all elements of your wedding day as one. We’ll run through each detail, page by page, before then moving onto sourcing the vendors who will help us make it all happen.
Let the preparations begin! This is the time we'll start to bring it all together. We'll gather your creative details and begin the assembly process for the particulars of your events. We'll be crossing off a lot of "to-do's" from our list!
As the clock winds down, we'll dive deeper into planning and develop pieces like your layouts and timeline which will help all of your vendors stay on track for wedding weekend while helping to execute your final vision.
As your wedding weekend approaches, the final plans will be unveiled! This includes your guest count, table layout, timeline, etc.
Your one job will be to soak in and enjoy time spent with your family and friends. I'll continue to work behind the scenes to ensure your vision is honored while keeping you and everyone surrounding you calm and full of joy and laughter.
